For hotel guests

• This voucher can be used for entry to the water world for 60 minutes, or as a 100 CZK discount on entry to the wellness area. (Time spent in changing rooms is free.)
• Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter Infinit area without being accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
• The entrance fee includes an indoor pool, a relaxation pool, water attractions, a steam bath, a whirlpool, a swimming sauna, a heated bench (next to the swimming sauna).
• The rental of a towel or bed sheet is not included in the price. It is possible to rent for a fee.

• Only permitted types of swimwear are allowed in the swimming pools and hot tub.

All other types of swimsuits are forbidden. It is not allowed to wear underwear under the swimsuits.

• Chip watches are used to lock the safe for valuables, to lock the cabinet in the dressing rooms, to pass through the turnstile.
• Please take off your shoes at the bench in front of the changing rooms and take them with you to the locker in the changing room.
• Please shower before entering the water world. When leaving the water world, please return the smart watch to the entrance wellness reception. Any overtime spent in the water world is counted in minutes.
• Your total bill will be settled when you leave at the entrance wellness reception.
• Payment can be made by card/​​cash/​​room payment. We also accept payment in EUR - only banknotes, we return in CZK.

• Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter Infinit area without being accompanied by a person over the age of 18. Children under the age of 3 are expressly prohibited from entering the sauna world.
• The entrance fee includes an indoor pool, a relaxation pool, water attractions, a steam bath, a whirlpool, a swimming sauna, a heated bench (next to the swimming sauna) + 6 types of saunas, sauna ceremonies, a sauna bar, a quiet rest room and a quiet zone, a cooling room, a cooling pool.
• The rental of 1 towel and 1 sheet is included in the price of entry. During the visit, 1 piece of laundry can be changed for free, another piece can be changed for a fee.

• Only permitted types of swimwear are allowed in the swimming pools and hot tub.

All other types of swimsuits are forbidden. It is not allowed to wear underwear under the swimsuits. 
To enter the saunas, guests are only allowed to wear a towel or a sheet.

• Voucher provides 2 entries for 1 person. When 2 people enter, it is necessary to use 2 vouchers with different barcodes. The voucher is valid until 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.

• Children under the age of 3 are expressly prohibited from entering the sauna world.

• Current price list is available at the reception of the INFINIT Step Sports Center/​on our website.
• Hotel guests are entitled to a 50% discount on the total price of the court. The discount will be calculated at the reception.
• The reservation can be made directly at the reception of the INFINIT Step Sports Center,
• by phone +420 733 141 630 or via our website (www.step.infinit.cz/en/sportcenter).
• Reservations can be made from half an hour or a full hour.
• For all kinds of sports, it is possible to borrow sports equipment at our reception for a fee
• (you will be charged in case of destruction of the rented equipment).
• Sports reservation payment takes place before the game, in the case of renting sports equipment after the game and after returning the borrowed equipment.
• All consumption is charged directly to the reservation and is paid before the game or after the game.
• Can be paid by card/​cash/​room payment. You can also use MultiSport card (according to our current conditions).
• We also accept payment in EUR - only banknotes, we return in CZK.
• When visiting, it is possible to use safes for valuables, changing rooms and showers. To lock safes for valuables and lockers in the dressing rooms, use chip watches, which can be received at the reception.
• Kindly take off your shoes at the bench next to the reception, take them with you into the changing rooms and place them in your locker.
• After the game, please return chip watch at the front desk.
